This master class brought an international perspective to this year's network programme. Speakers from around the world presented  ongoing work from their organisations and local networks. Delegates had the opportunity to interact with speakers and delegates as well as contribute to future strategies for global water efficiency policy and best practice.

This was the first of a series of virtual events aimed at reducing the network's environmental impact whilst promoting increased contribution from national and international members.
