The WATEF Network are very pleased to announce their first international conference to be held in the beautiful city of Aveiro, known as the Venice of Portugal. The Conference will be held within the University of Aveiro where there will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to network during the conference sessions and also the conference events all of which will benefit from a true international feel.   Please don't miss out - submit your papers now!

PORTUGAL Created in 1973, the University of Aveiro quickly became one of the most #dynamic and #innovative #universities in #Portugal. Now a public foundation under private law, it continues to #develop and implement its mission to provide #undergraduate and #postgraduate #education, to generate #research and promote #cooperation with #society. http://www.ua.pt/

The city of Aveiro has good transport links and is well known for its many Art Deco/Art Novo buildings and of course the colourful Moliceiros which provide access along the Ria for both tourist and fisherman alike.   A sunset Moliceiro trip is a great way to see this unique city and its labrythine network of canals which criss-cross the city and have formed the basis of its industry and economy for many hundreds of years.   Do come and join us to find out more!
