DELEGATE PACKS:
If you would like us to include any literature within our delegate packs, please can you arrange to send us a DIGITAL version in PDF format (maximum size 1MB) by Monday 13th July at the latest.  This year we have taken the decision to put all conference proceedings onto a USB stick and your digital literature will be incorporated into the final document.

POSTERS:
If you would like to display any posters - for example in the areas around the conference rooms and lecture theatres, please let us know and we will be happy to do this.
